Annual Audio Visual Convention |

For all audio-visual workers the highlight of the year is the annual audio-visual Convention. See IMAGE or contact the chairman for details.
The purpose of the Convention is first and foremost to create and maintain a spirit of friendship and co-operation amongst audio-visual workers and to share and to enjoy their common passion.
The following are dealt with during the Convention:
- Lectures, talks and presentations on all aspects of audio-visual.
- Practical sessions and workshops.
- Information and guidance as far as equipment is concerned.
- Application for honours in audio-visual.
- Screening of audio-visual presentations.
- Awards evening.
- Showtime – participation of all active AV workers

Application for honours in audio-visual can be done at any PSSA Congress, but preferably at the annual audio-visual convention.
The maximum length of any individual sequence is 10 minutes with a minimum of 15 slides per sequence.
- The combined time of the 2 sequences required for the LPSSA is 12 minutes.
- The combined time of the 3 sequences required for the APSSA is 18 minutes.
- The combined time of the 4 sequences required for the FPSSA is 25 minutes.
